Today I met a friend for coffee and had a great time catching up – good conversation and laughter has a way of invigorating and inspiring me. I was running a little late for the agreed time and only when I got in my car did I remember how sheer the shirt is, but it was too late to go back for a cami. You must know how much I despise being late, having to wait for people or having to make others wait for me, but my mom had called sounding horrid and I dashed off to take her to the dr. Taking all into consideration, I was only 20 minutes late, but I was rushing to get going and that’s how the little detail of the sheerness of the shirt got lost.
I love the detailing on these jeans … the stitching on the pockets, the bling on the back pockets and coin pocket … just the kind of details that catch my eyes in clothing.
I also decided to wear my pearls for a change – I haven’t worn them in a while and they were feeling neglected. I also love that Tanna wore them on her wedding day as well. These small gestures make me feel close to her … and the fact that the earrings and bracelet I wear all the time were gifts from her.
I also realised that I actually wore this shirt last week as well, but that was with jeggings and a cami and I did not button it up.
The last few days have been truly gorgeous here in Jozi … a little chill in the air but otherwise, simply stunning. My kinda winter weather.
I’m wanting to head to a ridge and take some city light photos. This past weekend I saw some stunning evening city light photos and they inspired me. I’m also wanting to hang with out a photographer whose done the course I’m doing and pick his brain. He’s been sharing the most stunning street photography photos the past week. The talent out there is simply amazing.
Well folks, that’s me for today … say hi!.
