I’ve been adding items slowly and sporadically but just not getting around to blogging about them, much less photographing them when I do wear them. I’m still here folks and as you may have noticed, I’ve been busy working and experimenting with ways of making some income. Things are coming along, slowly, but I’m confident will keep picking up and opening the doors and showing the direction I should be going.
But back to the business at hand. While down in Natal, we went through to Gateway, which is such an awesome mall but also very dangerous for a shop-aholic like me. While there, we walked through a store (the name of which has escaped me – but I could have gotten into trouble in there) and I saw this necklace. I fell for it and Schatz indulged me by purchasing it for me.
On our way back from our trip, we stopped for breakfast in Umgeni Road and I popped into The Hub – joy o joy when I saw this poncho. I was hunting for one and am a little sorry I did not buy the grey and cream ones as well, but this girl has to budget her indulgences carefully :-). But the price was a real steal at R139.99. Strange though, the minute you track down something you’ll see them in every store!
Waterfall cardigans are still so big and featuring all over the net and in countless stores. I got this one recently at Mr. Price. I liked the colour and the faux leather on the shoulders, which as y’all know by now is another major trend this winter. I think should have sized up though as the shoulders are not sitting neatly.
