 If you’re like half the women I know who hate getting down on the ground to work their abs, then this is a great alternative and effective to boot.  Just remember, you need to squeeze the core muscles when you engage them.  As I say to my sister when we do the Park Run/Walk, remember to engage your glutes and abs when walking – that’s when you start getting the benefit.

    Those are a great alternative to getting down on the floor.
