Although I’ve reached the original goal weight set at Weigh-Less and earned my points, I want to get a little lower than initial goal weight as it was at the top of the band and I feel that I could drop a few more kgs, so I am continuing the weigh less journey.  I had lost, then gained a kg and to keep motivated and on track headed to weigh-in and was thrilled that I have shed the one kg again.  I’m not obsessed and have to keep reminding myself that I could gain a little weight as I’m starting to build muscle and that can make the scale start heading north.

Yesterday was a good day!  Of course a positive weigh-in always makes for a good start to the day and leaves me feeling super sassy.  Super sassy calls for a sassy look and I decided to give my new Levi’s an airing.  I had not noticed at the time of purchasing them that they were low rise and I’m not the biggest fan of low rise jeans, but I decided that since they look so fine, I’d ignore the fact that they are low rise.

In addition to the jeans, I added a strappy top and some heeled sandals.  Simple and easy look – no added jewellery (except for my usual diamond studs, infinity bracelet and thumb ring) as I think the top has enough going.

You're only one workout away from a good mood. #BeBodyFitAfter sitting at my pc for almost three days solid and working pretty late on Monday and Tuesday evening on my ‘get this stuff done list’, I was so tired yesterday morning that I did not head to gym and instead did the caynax abs workout at home.  Last night I started feeling irritable and the heat was starting to fry my brain, so I headed off to gym with the intention of doing some cardio.  You know the saying/quote you’re one workout away from a good mood, right?  When I start feel super grouchy and catty I find the best mood adjuster to be a session at gym.  When I arrived at gym I hit the elliptical walker (I’m determined to make friends with it and I like that my legs work harder on it than on the treadmill)  and then was heading past the studio when I saw my trainer Jurie doing his abs class.  I was watching them work when he saw me and called me to join.  It was great and I totes enjoyed it.  He kicked our arses.   Something more to add to the growing list.  Only wish he did a class in the morning as I’m a morning gym girl.

With summer here, its time to work everything, but with strappy tops in the closet, a little extra effort is going to be needed for the arms and shoulders.  Found a simple workout online to do at home on non gym days.  Click the image below and check out Jareds’ site – awesome workouts to consider.

    You look Great! I just started working out again as we has a really hot summer and a garage workout was out of the question .. lol.
