While over in Houston, with winter being in full swing, I noticed the crochet trend used on a lot of clothing. Its arrived here down south and is making itself known in our stores.

The cream top I’m wearing in this outfit is one that was gifted to me by Mrs. Tirado while I was visiting. Its just so soft and snuggly.  Its one of three that she gifted me, I’m still to share the grey top and green shirt and with the weather cooling down, it won’t be long now.

I really need to get around to finding replacements for these jeans as they are not starting to lose their stretch, but they sure have served well.  The cut is a higher waist (which Mrs. T hates) and they took some getting used to wearing after all the low risers that we’ve been subjected too and I like their straight leg.  I had seen purple at the time but was after a red pair and am now a little sorry that I did not pick up more.

I am a huge fan of Madison shoes although I don’t have many in my closet.  These however have also been worn repeatedly and I the shade is just the perfect nude.  I’m hankering after a few pairs of their boots, but not sure I’ll be indulging just yet.

Well Folks, I did not get around to walking this morning, but I do have a bunch of scrapbooking paper, photos and embellishments sitting on my desk and that’s my cue to wish y’all a stunning day.
