2015-07-17 09.26.52I started the Weigh-less re-balance this morning as I’ve been off of my eating and exercise plan for  almost three months and I’m beginning to feel really crappie.

I’ve been snacking on bad stuff, not eating my full quota and although I’ve been exercising at home,  it’s just not enough.

So this morning I decided to get real and refocus before on it before it becomes a bigger and harder hurdle to get over.

I’m loathed to use life circumstances as an excuse, so I’m not going to.   Instead, I’m going to use the circumstances, as I did when my contract wasn’t renewed, to let it fuel and motivate me.

So watch out world, here I come.

    Good for you! It’s hard to be 100% clean eating and exercise, but at least you’re ready to get back to it 🙂
