Today was a good hair day – at least for the most part of the morning, until the wind caught me. I’m on the fence about what to do with it, but may let it grow a little longer.
I’m still totally hooked on my Levi jeans and have every intention of adding a few more pairs to my closet in the very near future, especially as I’ve just had to throw out 4 pairs of denims that no longer fit ;-).
I had a quick meeting with a lady who I do some selling with and we’re hoping to do a big event at the end of November. I then I dashed off to the mall to do an exchange, got home starving and have been at work since then. Lots and lots to do. All good things indeed!
Darn, this photographer needs a photographer.
I saw these wedges on Monday at Rage and had to bring them home with them. They’re the right shade to wear with a ton of items in my wardrobe.
Last night I got to enjoy fish the way I like it. I don’t usually cook grill fillets as the kids seem to be put off if fish is not coated in some form of batter. Since its only Schatz and I at home this week, I make grilled fish fillets, stir-fry veg with almonds (if you’ve never added almonds to your stir-fry veg, give it a try – its delicious – put them in the oil first and fry them to just before they burn, then add your veggies – it sounds craze, but seriously its out of this world) and Chinese flavoured rice.
I’m going for my second personal training session this afternoon. I’m a bit nervous, more because my level of fitness is not where I’d like to be (and they’re making me do more intense cardio than I’m used to), but the boys promised me they’d be kind to this old lady until I’ve improved a little. I’m back on track with my Weigh-Less formula and ready to work hard for the body I’ve decided I want. Although the boys gave me an eating plan as part of the assessment, I’m sticking with my weigh-less as it works well for me.
Hope your day has been wonderful … time to get on with the demands.
Ciao bella, Sassy
